Since the initial release we have been receiving updated releases and the latest we received today, is as follows:

Please follow the steps below to obtain a refund check or a coupon for a replacement bag of food:

1. You can return the food in the bag to your retailer and the retailer will credit you for the amount of your purchase.
2. If you feed Diamond, Diamond Naturals, Chicken Soup for the Pet Lover’s Soul, Country Value, Taste of the Wild, Premium Edge or Professional, you are eligible to receive a refund check or coupon for a replacement bag of food.
3. To receive a refund check or a coupon for a replacement bag of food, please send the following information and materials.
• Print and fill out the Refund Request
• Cut and send the production code and UPC code from the bag and indicate whether whether you want a refund check or a coupon for a free replacement bag of food. Please be sure to wash your hands after handling the packaging.
• Please include the original receipt.
• If you do not have your receipt, we will send you a coupon for a replacement bag of food.  Refund checks are not available without a proof of purchase.  If you do not have your receipt, please include the name of the store and the city where it was purchased, along with the dollar amount paid.
4. If you feed 4Health, Apex, Canidae, Kirkland Signature, Kirkland Signature Nature’s Domain or Solid Gold, you must provide proof of purchase to receive a refund check. Coupons are not available for these brands.
